CHICKEN MARSALA - In a frying pan, butter (melted) sliced mushrooms (Lots). cook until mushrooms start to soften. In a second frying pan cook Chicken (boneless, cut into pieces or strips and coated with flour) in butter, until edges on all sides start to brown. In first frying pan, add finely diced garlic and a generous amout of Marsala wine to mushrooms and heat vigorously for about two minutes, add chicken from second frying pan and cook until sauce thickens (flour from chicken will thicken sauce). To finish, add a spritz more Marsala wine (important, to sharpen Marsala flavor) and serve. - ENJOY

I've been looking on kraftfoods.com lately, and I've found some fabulous and easy new recipes. On the top-left hand side, you can enter the ingredients you have (eX: ground beef and tomatoes, or chicken and cheese) and it will spit out a pile of recipes. You can always find recipes that only require stuff you already have around the house. That's what I like.
I really enjoy that site. Good luck.

chicken parmesean is easy. "Cut up pieces of boneless chicken, (about 4) into cubes. Dip chicken in melted butter with garlic powder mixed in. Then take chicken and roll in bowl of parmesean into grated cheese, they fry it in a little oil about 1/4 cup. While that is cooking, boil water for spaghetti (I usually use the curly spaghetti). Drain spaghetti. SEt aside. Once chicken is brown, add 1/2 cup flour and 1 can chicken broth. Let chicken in mixture cook for 20 minutes longer. Once finished, empty chicken and mixture into the spaghetti mix and serve. Very delicious and only takes 45 minutes to make. I hope you try it, my family loves it.
