I am the same way. After the first date with my future wife, I stopped seeing others. I feel guilty if I am seeing or talking to more than one female at a time. Right now, I am separated and my wife is living with another man. I still feel guilty talking to another female even though I know my marriage is over.

Is he being exclusive but you arent? Also I honestly believe this, that we get to a maturity level and playign around just isnt as fun any more, we are ready to move on to a real commitment . . .
