i am taking a really importent english test in about 1 months time. i want to know when we use "has" and when we use "have". i seem to mix this two up... and when we use "does"? please help me with it...

First of all,

I/You/We/They = have,do
He/She/It = Has,does

Have / Has
Examples:

Have you ever been to Italy?
Yes, I have.

Has she washed the dishes?
She has already washed the dishes.

I have two brothers.

She has three sisters.

Do/Does

Examples:

Does he go to school?
Yes, he does.

What does the school secretary do?

Does he have a girlfriend?

Do you go to school?
Yes, I do.

How do they go to school?

Do you have a girlfriend?

He/She/It: Has,Does
I,We,You,They: Have, do.
