My boyfriend is far from a jerk. We don't understand each other all the time, and we miscommunicate but he is a very good man.When ever we have a problem he is the first to make time to talk about it. He's very supportive when I'm acting like a twit. I think maybe your just attracted to the wrong kind of man. There really are some great ones out there :)

A real man is not a jerk. Guys are jerks. Maybe you are attracted to the wrong kind of boys / guys. Insanity is repeating the same mistake over and over while expecting different results.

not all men are jerks honey.
just dont give them all you have to give as soon as you meet them.
stop going to the places where you meet these jerks.
be sure to be confident in what you want from a man & be sure to make that clear from the very begining.
if a man cannot handle the fact that you are a strong woman who wont take crap then they arnt worth the kindness you have to give.
never let your guard down until you feel you fully know the man.
you will meet a good guy one day. just stop looking & he will come to you.

Some women just bring out the bad side in guys I guess, you can't change others but you can change yourself and your attitude.
Quit being nice and be real, everyone respects people who are real whether they are males or females...being "nice" is kind of creepy sounds like you want something...no wonder they run away.

Not all of them are jerks. There are actually some that aren't jerks that are straight, amazingly enough. I say this from personal experience. And I am female.
