Weight lifting and growth of muscles is not a science. Everybody is different both genetically, and physical capabilities. Remember only 1 out of 50,000 people can be a top body builder...it is just the way it is. Now, most mistakes are made by over-training! Do not over-train, main reason why people give up. If you want to get big quick, and really just want to bulk up following this plan:
Military Press : 5 sets of 6 Reps Heavy Weight 2 min break between sets.
Barbell Bent Over Row: 4 Sets of 8 Reps Moderate Weight 1 min/30 second break in between sets.
Flat Bench Press: 4 Sets 6 Reps Heavy Weight 2 min break between sets
Squat: 6 Sets 4 to 6 Reps Heavy Weight 2 min 30 second break in between sets.
Eat 6 small meals a day. You must have 100 grams of protein a day.
Rest 2 hours after the work-out. Do the above Mon, Wed, Fri for 6 weeks.
Tue & Thr do Cardio for 2 to 4 hours a day. Jogging, bike ridding, incline skatting, Tae Bo, etc., etc.

First, I can't give you a recipe for "Fast muscle" development, think you need some of those magic formulas that the baseball players are in hot water over using.....
Since you are working out, try some variation to your workouts, instead of maybe doing your normal reps, say, use less weight but do 50 reps, 3 sets. Do more reps, less weight. Mix it up. Every so often push yourself with two hard sets that you know you can do and the final one at a weight that you may not be able to finish. So, you fail, but you have set a mark to come back next time. I don't know what parts of your body your trying to amp up but do some reading, lots of great books at the library. Balance your workouts with cardio and strength, for a total body development, always keeping it fun..... Yes, its hard work but if that fun element isn't there someplace, you'll get bored and move on to other things... I've been doing this for a lot of years and have struggled at times to inject new life and ideas into my routines so I don't bag it.

Sorry to be blunt, yet you want to get your expectancies right down to Earth. construction muscle evidently in a way it truly is secure and healthful isn't a short procedure. in case you do each and every little thing good - workout and foodstuff - then a staggering benefit might want to be round a pound a month on effortless. this would possibly not sound like a lot, even if it contains 12 kilos a 12 months, 24 in 2, and a whopping 36 kilos over 3 years. it truly is conceivable to construct muscle speedier than this in short spurts, extraordinarily once you first commence understanding, yet interior the destiny, your effortless constructive factors will be what I said. those who do not realize this get pissed off and supplies you up, in the different case they turn to steroids in desperation. As ideas to construct muscle, you want to good eat, workout, and relax. a lot of people are great at workout, yet fail of their foodstuff. commence via determining your entire each day ability expenditure (TDEE) and improve this via a tiny quantity to allow for boom. you'll want to rigorously stability the quantity of protein, carbs, and fat that you eat. you'll also want to eat effectual proteins. the final topic is complicated, and those who're effective have a tendency to spend as a lot time studying about foodstuff and body structure as they do interior the gymnasium. Theories continually seem replacing, and also you may finally end up continually attempting to make amends for the present stuff. also, as your body grows superior, you'll want to modify your foodstuff and workout classes to compensate. solid success.

I nervously made my way over to the bench. I had no idea what to expect as I'd barely lifted a weight my entire life. The teacher kept the weights modest, slapping 20 pounds onto either side of the bar, far less than what most of my classmates were lifting.
With all of the strength I could muster I pushed the bar off the hooks and began lowering it toward my chest. Sure enough, the unforgiving forces of gravity took over, sending the weight crashing down upon me.
I was overcome with embarrassment as I wriggled and squirmed like a maniac, pushing desperately with every fiber in my body to make that bar move... It wouldn't budge an inch. I could hear my classmates howling in the background.
Mr. Wilkey had seen enough, and with one hand he snatched the bar off of me and told me to hit the showers.
I stood up, dizzy and drenched in sweat, red in the face, my pride sucked right out of me. My classmates laughed hysterically as I made my way to the changeroom, ashamed and rejected. I just couldn't take it anymore.
I took my t-shirt off and looked at myself square in the mirror...
