"Want to become thin". Ok is it just me or does anyone else see a problem here?? Honey, you only weigh 120 friggin' pounds!! How much thinner do you want to be?? I think you need to step back and really evaluate the situation and recognize that you are at low weight right now. Depending on your height, you are either the perfect weight OR you are too thin. If you continue to have a distorted self-image, go and talk to a professional before it is too late and you go down the path of eating disorders.

eat not more than 1350 calories a day. walk for at least 30 mins at a brisk pace and do some muscle toning exercises 3 days a week. beyond that, pls cut down on refined food like maida, sugar, etc. fill up with fibrous food which will make u feel fuller and avoid the tendency to snack on chips, bhujias , etc. i'm sure your weight will come down in 6 months time. good luck

If you are 120 you do not need to lose weight. If you are under 18 you shouldn't be dieting at all as it can stunt your growth.

It can also lead to fragile bones when you are much older which break or crumble (osteoporosis).

how old are you ? how tall are you ? are you toned, muscular, or flabby?

120 is a pretty low weight unless you are really short and flabby.... but i mean really short like 4'8" or something.....

and plus your age has a lot to do with it because if you are still growing then it is better to just let your body get taller and grow into your weight unless your weight is extremely high......

Is this Kilograms or Pounds? If it's the first one - exercising is the best way. If it's the second - well, I think you need a piece of chocolate cake.

go for walking or cycling every morning at least half an hour
reduced to eat rice
do exercise for half an hour every evening
dont eat oily food
