Yes, all countries should do this.

Everyone who's migrated in the last 50 years should have their family rounded up a sent back to their original country.

Once everyone is back into place, we should make travel illegal to stop it happening again!

This will solve all our problems and once again Britain will rule the waves..... Rule Britannia! Britannia rules the waves.... etc.

Legal immigrants cannot be rounded up and are not a problem. They have to work because they're not eligible for benefits.
Refugees need help, over 50% of them have a university degree but are banned from working and forced to claim benefits, and they just want to go home anyway.
Illegal immigrants are here without the governments knowledge, so how do you suggest they should be found?

Have you not got it yet??? Immigrants = votes!! Most immigrants vote Labour, thats why they are letting them all in!This Government will continue to let many, many more into the country, its ridiculous, where on earth are they all going to go? Where are the jobs coming from? Where is the infrustructure to support all these people? How long can we sustain such growth of immigrants? We cannot carry on with the huge numbers! Is Tony Blair blind? Is he ignorant? Does he care?More to the point, does he want us to become a third world country? You have to ask yourself WHAT is this Government up to?How much longer are the British public going to accept whats going on?Its about time we all got off our bottoms and started to make some noises about it!!!!!

Immigration doesn't need to be 'sorted out'. We already have a country. As for giving us it back, well perhaps we should start by doing something about the Norman immigration to this country in 1066 when they DID take the whole country. Maybe then, as a Saxon, I could reclaim my heritage and all the land stolen from me and send all those land grabbing frenchmen back where they belong. ...Incidentally this was meant to be humorous. I am trying to make the point that if we sent everyone 'back home' then we would probably find the country populated by one individual - you. We are big enough and wealthy enough to endure. Welcome one and all I say. Immigrants have only ever enriched our country.

It's difficult because there are people who have legitimate asylum cases, and I don't, in theory, have problem with allowing some immigration. However, it has gone far too far - there is enough unemployment and poverty in this country without adding to the numbers that we have to take care of - especially if they are mostly being paid for by the state and not working. It certainly isn't a racist issue, just a case of logistics - we just don't have the room or the resources. We are indeed so scared of seeming racist that we are ignoring the practicalities.

The EU forces the quotas on them. All 3 major parties will keep us in the EU, so if you want to do something, vote BNP. Do you think the Tories will leave the EU? No way. They are the fools who got us into this mess. In the words of "Rawhide", "Don't try to understand 'em. Just round 'em up and brand 'em."

I really like the miss-spelling of country. Seems to sum up quite a lot.

Illegal immigrants could be traced more easily if there wasn't so much paranoia about ID cards. (Sorry I spoke!)

And then they could concentrate on the important things, like improving people's education. And I see you're from Bootle - Irish ancestry perhaps? Send them back too. And while we're at it, send everyone back, so it's just the celts and ancient Britons again. Moron.

Immigrants or illegal immigrants? My husband is a legal immigrant and he has every right to be here. He works, pays taxes and deserves respect. Deal with it.

This sounded like a sensible question to start with, but once again I have been proved wrong.
I think racists should be banned from this site.
and this is from a man who can trace his ancestry back 600 years. how far does yours go back?
Keep racism from these pages.
