One that contains all the necessary vitamins and mineral you need daily. Also from all the food groups, meat, vegetable, grain and I like fiber in my diet. Also fresh fruit and vegetables. Try to stay away from canned foods, they are high in salt and have very vitamins. Frozen is fine.
