iceland has giving permission for pakistani citizens without visa?.............. (on arrival entery)

It's not right. Pakistani citizens need a visa to enter Iceland.

that's in part authentic. Holders of Pakistani stable and diplomatic passports (meaning government officers) choose no longer have visa to go into Pakistan. that's in many cases a bilateral association and that's the case with maximum international locations.
