One Dish Chicken & Rice Bake
My family loves this and it's easy to make
Serves: 4
Ingredients:
1 can (10 3/4 oz.) Campbell's® Condensed Cream of Mushroom Soup
1 cup water *
3/4 cup uncooked regular long-grain white rice
1/4 tsp. paprika
1/4 tsp. ground black pepper
4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
Directions:
MIX soup, water, rice, paprika and black pepper in 2-qt. shallow baking dish. Top with chicken. Season with additional paprika and pepper. Cover.
BAKE at 375°F. 45 min. or until done.
For creamier rice, increase water to 1 1/3 cups.

Here is a fast recipe I like for mushrooms over steak:
(Takes about 8 minutes, total.)
MUSHROOM S (caps and stems)
1 tsp celery seeds
1TBL (about) Butter
1TBL beef Bovril
1/2 tsp dried Basil
1/4 cup Riunite Blackberry Merlot Wine
Brush off (DON'T WASH THEM!) mushrooms and slice them up (caps AND stems).
In a hot frying pan, over high heat, melt the butter and add mushrooms. Stir frequently until golden brown, reduce heat to medium.
Add seasonings and Blackberry Merlot, stir until wine reduces.
** These aren't exact measurements--play around until you like the taste.
Serve with steak or roast beef.
The Blackberry Merlot sounds odd but it really compliments the beef. I prefer the Riunite brand and you can also use Blackberry wine made by Maneschewicz or Mogan David.
Delicious!
Have fun and "bon apetit"!

Fresh common white mushrooms: slice them thickly, saute them briefly (don't over-cook they go soggy quickly) in a little butter and fresh garlic with a splash of sherry adding a little salt and plenty of freshly ground black pepper. Serve it with a warm french bread stick. Very tasty indeed.

You can't beat the simplest recipes for mushrooms.
If you have champignon (the regular white rounded mushrooms), you can simply wash them, slice them, and fry them in butter. Delicious!!!
If you have a more exotic type of mushroom, make a batter out of flour and eggs, dip the mushrooms in the batter, and fry them in butter. Again, simple and scrumptious!
In either case, serve as a side dish.

You can buy regular mushrooms, slice them up, put a little oil in a frying pan, and fry them up, you could always cook up some onion with them if you want a variation. Enjoy!!!!
