:) This is a good thing - you are probably gaining muscle mass.
Muscle is denser than fat, and requires more calories to maintain, so you are probably increasing your metabolism as well. This means that it will get progressively easier for you to take off the fat.
For most people who are not on a body-building plan, you will eventually pass the point of equalibrium and begin losing fat tissue faster than you gain muscle tissue, and your numerical weight will decrease.
Congratulations on your success and keep up the good work!

I found the book to be very informative and easy to read.
I've lost 17 pounds in 12 days, I'm just concerned that I'm losing too much weight, too quickly. I will admit I haven't followed the guide exactly. I'm not sticking perfectly to the listed foods and meal plans (but mostly) and doing very little exercise, but the weight keeps flying off.
It clearly works and if I'd followed it exactly I think it would scare the living daylights out of me because of the amount that I'd lose. So thanks again for the information. I've never purchased anything like this before because they are usually full of trash, but 3WD has been a pleasant surprise.
Get started today!

I joined a gym when I started to notice my body was going completely to pot... Before this I was 47kg for many years, and suddenly I was up to 53kg's. My weight at 47 was in the low end of my healthy weight range and 53 was in the middle, but I only had to look in the mirror to know I was accumulating fat in a hurry... Anyway I joined the gym and for the last four years have been working out very regularly as well as doing plenty of outside exercise... however my weight continued to climb until it finally levelled off at 57kgs... The reason being I have accumulated muscle, which weighs more than fat! I look in the mirror now and see that I actually look better now than ever before, so I'm happy to stay at this weight. So don't freak out about it.. If you can see improvement when you look in the mirror you are on the right track. ;)

Muscle weighs more than fatty tissues. You are probably firmer and adding muscle as you diet and exercise. That is why some regimens recommend that you stop using the weight scales to 'know' what kind of condition you are in...also, contact a physical therapist and ask if they perform body fat ratio tests. This measurement can help you to determine your improvements. Also, use a tape measure instead of scales to learn which areas are being affected by your efforts. Remember to use the same spot of the body each time to ensure accuracy.

You are losing fat and gaining muscle mass. Muscle actually is more dense than fat. Sometimes people actually gain weight as the fat comes off and muscle is developed.
Just be sure you are getting balanced diet with plenty of fiber and nutrients. By the way, too much protien isn't good for you. It can block the absorption of some minerals including calcium. Also, you need some fats (omega 3,6 & 9) in your diet for proper metabolism. Moderation is the key.
Congratulations on your determination and effort. It is paying off!
Good Luck!

if u r in to one of those crash courses, it is possible that only body water is reduced. weight reduction is a slow process. trying to loose more than 1-2 kg per month can also be risky. have a long term plan - 5 years. be consistent. you have no choice either. normally weight and prices - once they go up - rarely come down. eating 20 cals per kg body weight per day. exercising 40 minutes 5 days a week. deep breathing for 2-3 hours a day help. wish u all the best.

Hi
Are you sure you are following the right plan try this it worked for me so here goes,
If you are serious about losing weight, the calories in the food you eat should be less than the energy you use. You will have to increase your metabolic rate now, and plan your diet carefully.
Formulate your own weight loss plan and you will lose weight faster. More details available at http://tinyurl.com/m7ckx
Good luck

You are building muscle at the same time and muscle weighs more than fat so i usually tell people i'm helping to lose weight, don't look at the weight, it's the inches that count so you'r doing well! keep up the good work hun.
