A little more detail might help. Otherwise. Eat something. If you are saying that you're hungry all the time because you are on a diet, that's different. There are foods for the dieter that take that feeling away when you are dieting. Mostly fruit, raw veggies, fat free yogurts. etc. Just don't eat things that only provide empty calories. there are plenty of diet book out there to help you with this. My favorite is the one written by Dr. Phil. "The Ultimate weight Loss Program" He has an entire section on the foods that take away hunger while you are trying to loose weight. Hope this is what you are looking for because you don't give any details other than you are hungry.

well momo you should rummage around looking for something substantial to eat. No junk food - grim rather a nice salad or a healthy sandwich made with whole grain bread.

Have a grilled tuna fish sandwich on wheat bread with lettuce tomato and onion with a side of black beans. Mmmmmm

but u don't wanna eat... u don't wanna get more weight? find some hobby to forget and spend more time with firends but not in some resturants. and try to hard thinking how u wanna look like if like a pig then go on and eat as much u wanna. u wanna hv cool body? then forget and eat as u need not more.

soda cracker will get rid of that feeling, but not to many, if u find u r eating to many have some bakin soda & water & hunger will go away.
