First work out where the poles fit. There will probably be two, three or four and a metal thing with two, three or four sockets and a hook to hang the inner tent from. The poles themselves should have elastic down the middle so that the sections can be folded up but don't get muddled.
Once you have the frame sorted out, there should be an inner tent which will hang from underneath the frame and a fly sheet which goes over the frame. Get the inner tent sorted first and work out where the door goes (it should be zipped up while you do this). Peg the inner out at the four corners. If it's a two leg frame, you will need to put the flysheet on and peg out the guys to hold it upright. This kind is really hard to put up single handed!
Once the flysheet is over the frame and pegged out so that none of it is touching the frame or the inner tent, it's a lot easier!

normally pole have colours on them and colour goes to colour.
if it was me i would do a search on the internet looking up make and name of tent get a picture see what its ment to look like .
a frame normally is 4 corner (ovibous) so you should have 4 corners for 3 poles and 2 more for 3 poles but straighter for middle.
the tent should be 6poles going down at sides and 3 poles across at roof.
.
look for poles with soil or a plastic stopper these are the poles that go into ground you need to find another pole that is the same say you have six of these you then find 6 more poles of the same size try these then you should have 6 poles all same size ,now with the remaining poles try finding ones same size and ones different put then together ok you should have brackets for corners and ones for middle of tent .
attach the poles that arent for going into ground into a square this is top of your tent
then put the poles for the ground on .
if this is similar to the tent im thinking you should have 22 poles

Find a similar tent on the net, there isn't many diffrent ones when you start to look at the basic shapes.
You then email the manufacturer and say your missing the instructions from one you've just bought (find a shop that sells their stock, blacks for example) and can they send you a copy or email. Some if them might have it under 'support' section on their website.
To be honest, i think you should be able to work it out for yourself, i've never read any instructions for one yet!

oh boy...we went camping the first time and borrowed a friends tent. didnt know how to put it up. it was so funny. before we even got onto the beach we got a flat so it was about midnight before we started putting it up. it was windy, and dark and we had no idea. tried it first then thought maybe the tent was inside out (like maybe it had been cleaned). we had to laugh to keep from crying. But it taught me this lesson...try to set it up before you get where you are going. also sometimes the instructions . are on a tag on the tent. Good luck and have fun. dont take it too serious or you wont have fun. By the way it took us about 2 hours to put the tent up. wish i had tried at home before we got there oh yeah and the people camping on the beach around us thought it was funny too...next time we bought us our own tent!( with instructions...but who reads them? rofl

Find the kind of tent it is, then do an image search on google. That will at least give you an idea of how it is supposed to look.
Then its just time a effort.
