Why is do people respond better to silly or racist question?

You need to take into consideration the age group you are dealing with. Juvenile and silly questions are what they understand.

I'm not sure if the response is better to silly or racist questions. It may appear so because most of us are political and we always feel we're better of in comparison to others. Any question leading to racial subject is always bound to attract lot of attention, either for or against. It's jus that we tend to waste our time debating such issues. All we need is to make sure that such debates are not even started. They're sure to raise tempers and doesn't always lead to a fair debate and doesn't lead to a meaningful conclusion.

Racist questions because Britain is facing the crisis predicted by Enoch Powell (in the 60's?) Rivers of Blood speech.
The ethnic British are cornered and snarling.

Your questions maybe flippant, but people will respond to the subject matter if they feel strongly about it, even if it is presented in a rather silly way.

i think it's because there are a lot of young people and kids in here who are just doing this to kill time or for the fun of it.
i have gotten some good answers to some serious questions and some informational questions.
many people just respond to get 2 points. *shrugs* whatever
