Its probably something to do with a dip in your blood sugar levels. Try having a light snack before you start working out...

I would have to know your age, height, weight to know whether you are fit or not, but even then, I probably wouldn't be right, it would just be a guess.
Your best bet would be to see your doctor, or maybe your gym has a personal trainer you can speak to. Obviously, feeling sick and giddy after 10 minutes of doing a workout is not normal.
It also depends on what kind of exercise you are doing. If you do not go to the gym much or exercise, I would not recommend that you exert yourself too much - you need to slowly build up and increase the time spent exercising and the exertion. This way you build up your stamina and you will be better.
4 times in 2 months is not an awful lot. Do you walk? Do you cycle, or do any other physical activities? If you do not, maybe you should.
If you find it difficult, maybe take up classes, as they give you better motivation to get fit. Ask for details at your gym, it usually is included in the price.

Four times in two months is not enough... you should go more regularly and not overdo it. Try for at least three times a week, four if possible. Build toward your fitness, do not do so much that you feel ill and dizzy. Don't try adding too much weights or resistance straight away.
As you exercise your body expells built up toxins which cause you to feel off... as you get more healthy your body will become more efficient and you will not feel bad like that any more so easily.
Make sure you drink plenty of water while you are working out and during each day as well. Also eat a healthy diet that can supply your body with the nutrients it needs to function properly.

I would say because your unfit is the reason, 4 times in 2 months really isnt going to make much of a difference. After you have finished exercising, your blood pressure drops dramatically, thats why some people faint after they have run a race like a marathon and not during, the sick feeling you could be gettin is just the lack of blood to your head. Try sticking your head between your knees next time, i find that helps....

Maybe you should speak with one of the instructors at the gym, ask them for some help. You are probably doing more than your body can handle. Four times in two months isn't very regular and I think your body is telling you it can't cope with the type of excersise it's doing. I think you need to start off doing something more gentle to warm your body up and then gradually increase what you are doing. Maybe do the row machine for 5 minutes instead of 10. Work it up gradually.

I hope you wont mind me asking, but are you seriously over weight? Slightly over weight or justtrying to tone up? If your are trying to tone up, then it cant be the weight issue making you get giddy. Having a lot of extra body fat means that there is more strain on your other limbs to move about, so that its the reason for giddiness, but if you arent too over weight and just "unfit" then you really should seek help hun. Good luck!

it may be the wrong sort of workout for you. try other exercises and see if you get the same reaction. i am not good in gyms yet i do martial arts and i am fit. find an exercise which compliments you and stick to it. also your diet may cause this. eat sugary foods about an hour before exercise because this means u have energy and u wont feel sick

Try going for a walk on the nights you don't go to the gym - just walk briskly for 30mins or so..If you start feeling a bit woozy make sure you drink loads or water before your next walk..
also have a banana or something light about 20mins before the walk - just to make sure you're not doing it on an empty stomac.

try swimming, much easier than something like running, it won't get you fit as quickly but is also less tiring so you can do it for longer. also try and do it regularly, better to do something for a short time each day than a big thing once a month, though once a week would be good.
