hair usually falls more than usual this time of the year...and grows back rapidly during the spring season but that doesnt mean it doesnt grow back at all during winters or summer...its normal to shed 80-100 hairs daily because it always grows back...
however if ur noticing thinning or slow growth thats a matter of concern.
take supplements containing zinc iron and biotin
include proteins in ur diet
go for a brisk walk atleast 30mins a day
reduce oiling..and if u hav to do it then dont massage ur scalp
if that doesnt help see a dermatologist infact i'd recommend u see one anyway.

try mixing olive oil, almond oil and castor oil in equal ratios and apply it the night before you wash them it works coz i even i did this also try taking some protein suppliment may be soething like protinex we get in India i don't know about there coz the main coz of hair fall is protine and only protine can actually prevent it.but don't take too much of it i mean something like 1/2 spoon daily for a month or so
