It's not a stupid diet. What studies have proven is that flour has no health benefits and especially white processed flour is just a filler and causes you to gain weight. Why would not eating sugar be bad either!

In fact those with diabetes are told to stay away from white things, flour, rice, sugar, potatoes, as these just raise the blood sugar. Those that begin to stay away from these things have dramatic reduction of their blood sugars. It is not a fad diet but the truth.

eggs, clean fruit, nuts, tea, An omelette with vegetables, cheese and meat. yogurt, clean fruit, handful of almonds & raisins granola cereal with milk oatmeal with milk and some clean fruit. study the packing bins on the cereals to make positive no further sugars are in there, some sturdy ones are quaker one hundred% organic granola. best of success to you. Forget stupid fad diets and have some whole grain, low sugar cereal with fruit added for breakfast.

Fruit, cheese, big glass of water,...and a partridge in a pear tree...I just added the partridge for humor. You can leave it out if you prefer.

That's a stupid diet. Whole grains are very important although you should stay away from too much refined sugar.
