There really is no quick way to lose weight. Gradual weight loss is the best and only way to go. If you crash diet the results will be obvious but health wise you will be at your worst and the weight that you have lost will come back on quicker and you will put on more besides.
Exercise and a healthy diet is the best way and you will notice the results. Cutting out all fatty foods and drinks and replacing them with fruit, veg and water is a healthy way to be,

Yoga can be a great friend during diets. I were able to go from a size 12 to a size 8. That's what it looks like when 19 lbs vanishes.
