hai , i was also sufferuin from same problem, without exercise you cant do any thing , just try this , have warm water and one raw tomato in morning , brisk walk for an ahour, have break fast like a king , between 11 in the noon , have some soup or fruits, at 1pm have lunch which has 2chapathis and one bowl rice with veg sambar , twicw a weak you can add flesh in you lunch , have egg white daily , not the yellow part , for your dinner have some fruits , vegetables and soup with one chapathi , cut down your dinner as much as possible , have your dinner like a beggar , evening walk for an hour would help you to reduce your weight a lot.............try this and mail me back @ - vinu_24183@yahoo.co.in

First learn to push yourself away from the table earlier, stop all the fried foods, skip the ice cream and cakes, then at home when watching tv sit ups and push ups and one of those dollar store twist boards, 5 kgs is not a big deal to lose especially if you have 2 months, you might even like your new routine!
