everyone seems to do things differently.
I will admit that it does sound a little surprising for a guy not to have successfully masturbated before the age of 19... and you seem to understand about it and curious also.
You've never sex... never masturbated... but you would like oral? That sounds a little strange to me?
You wouldnt have any any idea of fixation of oral sex unless you have experianced all the other sexual activities like masturbation!!! This meaning I think you have masturbated and are familiar or reaching orgasm, etc... otherwise you wouldnt be thinking about oral sex.
Anyway.... if you havent masturbated... you should get started.. practice solo before oral.. or the standard sex. Be familiar with your body and how it works

Look just go with the flow so to speak. A girl will not give you oral just cos you feel like it - a relationship would come in useful first. A lot of people dont masterbate - there is nothing wrong with that. Do what you want when you want and keep a look out for that special person who will eventually make you want to go to the next level.
