I have to write about this for a school assignment and am having trouble finding information on the topic. Does anyone know specific information pertaining to it or where I could find such information?

Yes. If you are looking for theological differences, you have to look in the corresponding doctrinal books. Since you are looking for differences in the ceremonies, these are the books you want,

The Book of Common Prayer -- For Anglican Rite (The 1662 version contains the more traditional text, while the 1962 revision features a more modern text )

Roman Ritual (Latin: Rituale Romanum) -- For ROMAN RITE Catholics. Other Catholics use different books. Message me if you are looking for the other rites.

You might be able to find both of these online if you look around.

A catholic marriage is considered a sacrement an anglican would not be considered that.
I think the rites are quite similar since the middleages.

Look to the CCC online.
