Making wine is not a clean, simple process. There aren't any shortcuts and the brew in going to stink and spill. Not to mention the mess if you bottle in wrong and the bottles explode. Happens easily. If you really want to make wine start out at a U-Brew shop. Then get a home wine making set up. one step at a time

my dad makes wine at home and everything is locally made. wines can be made with whatever fruit you desire to use it is not limited to grapes. you need the fruit of your choice, water, sugar (white), and yeast (wine or bakers yeast). you set everything in a container or bucket and cover, whatever you choose there must be a way for the gas to escape from the container or the cover will blow (as the yeast creates gas). the wine has to set for 21 days (do not open during this time) and then it can be strained and tasted. the less sugar that you use the drier the wine would be.
good luck.

any wine website contains information. crush 2 kilos red grapes. boil 6 lts water or u can use sodium bisulphite for clensing water of spores etc. add 2 kg sugar. add 25 gms of wine yeast. if not available use bakers yeast. dont close the container. hdpe container is ok. u will see fermentation activity in 24 hours. will be over in 10-12 days. drain and remove grape flesh. keep lid closed for 30 days. transfer to another container. do that twice. in 3 months u will have clear drinkable wine. in fact u can start tasting after 15 days. good luck.

we used to make it with a glass 5 gallon water bottle(no water),,,3 1/2 gallons of welchs grape juice,,,1 packet of yeast,,,and 3 cups of sugar. Duct tape a punching ballon(deflated) over the top,,,,shake the whole thing well,,,,put it in a dark closet(away from all light),,,and after a week to 10 days,,,the ballon will be fully inflated,,,after a few more days the ballon will deflate and be sucked down into the bottle,,thats when its done,,,the whole process takes 10 days to 2 weeks,,,,,,pour it out through a cheescloth(a towel will work) into a big container,,,,,,THATS IT !,,,,,,tastes great,, and it'll knock your d**k in the dirt

You can buy juice kits, which is six gallons of juice from a specific grape. With this, you don't have to crush and destem grapes at all. Just pitch the yeast.
