Ive got one answer for you: do not unknowingly deprive your brain and body of sleep. It needs sleep to regenerate lost energies and keeps you in a healthy mental state; along with exercise.

Lie down for 10 minutes or so and just RELAX. If you pass out, that means that your body has finally been given the chance to rest. If not, youre lucky! Dont think that you will miss out on any day activities because your own personal health is more important and is what helps get you through everyday.

NO! You need rest and sleep (if your body will allow you to do so). Call your doctor in the morning and tell him the situation so he can prescribe something that will help you get back onto your regular pattern with normal sleep.
Sleep is important for your ability to function, think clearly and remain alert. Lack of sleep can cause problems such as depression, heart disease and accidents. Getting enough sleep allows your mind and body to repair itself and increases your energy throughout the day. Good luck!

yes do it. I used to work nights and did the same sometimes, but not through choice. I always wanted to get to the stage where you hallucinate but never quite got there.enjoy
