Without being arrested - mmm!!! No.. but ,, Michael O'Leary the boss of Ryan air - is determined to sue the UK Government over the terror alert ..for what £10 Million... Why not try suing him for your loss.

Having worked in call centres, your best hope is to ask for their manager, write letters etc. But I honestly think you havn't a snowball's.
