Alright, you don't need any of those lame flirting moves people prescribe, because it comes naturally to a confident, sexy person. You want to attract girls? Following an early answer of mine I told to a girl. I believe this is one of the best advise I have ever given. How to be sexy:
If you watched the movie "Jon Tucker Must Die," then you know what the girls did. If you haven't see it yet, shame on you and you should see this movie ^_^, cause it really will help you discover what guys really want. It does it in a nonchalant way and almost seems surreal, but it is pretty much on the money on what guys want.
Its the same thing women want. Everyone wants one thing:
A complete person, a person who know whats she/he wants and is fully committed to accomplishing their goal.
That comment that people say that you should just be yourself to attract people is 100% accurate. People are attracted to others who are attractive (duh) because people want to be around individuals that know what they want and are extremely confident.
People who are sexy are that way because they are oozing out confidence. They are confident because they know who they are, what they want, and what they need to do to accomplish their goals.
So, if you want this guy, you need to work on this I dub thy
Project Sexy:
1) Body => You want your man to look good, no doubt your interest holds a standard as well. So go ape on your body and turn it into a goddess status
2) Mind => Sure the body is the first thing a guy sees, but if a girl can only talk about what she bought today at the mall, the guy will be bored very quickly. How long could you last a guy talking about a football game? Start reading magazines that actually teach you things, like Wired, even Cosmos is pretty good. Find something that interests you intellectually. Read that silly romance book because at the end of the day, when you pump that muscle called the brain people see it.
3) Soul => Guys can't get enough of the good people. Even if a girl has a tough girl exterior, its the good inside that a guy really digs. Who can stand a person who is evil (bitches and bastards)? I am not suggesting that you need to go spiritual, but I do know that religion has good tips on how to be a good person (like polite, funny, manners). This part is pretty tricky, because people assume that the only good people are boring ones, but I disagree with that assertion because I believe that people who are really popular (not that kind that are notorious and everyone hates) have such goodness pouring out of them that people wanna emulate their good behavior.
So, if you want that guy, you need to focus on the most important person, You! When you take care of yourself, people notice and they want to get to know you.
If you workout that body, you're going to steal those glances.
If you exercise that brain, you're going to hold conversations.
If you be a good person, you're going to get those dates.
All that I have described is the way you are going to increase your sex appeal and convince this guy that you are worth the race of love. This is a sexual way, because when you are good looking, smart, and have a good heart, that guy will be very curious, and not just curious for a split second but wanna stay for ages.
So simply put, you're flirting moves will come natural when you have a great body, attractive mind, and good soul.

All you have to do is show interest in them. When they see you looking smile at them. Start with small talk if they are the least bit interested you will know.
