yes i have had sex under water and it feels great, i think due to the water creating a suction type effect between your penis and the vagina it gives you a pure brill sensation,,
but beware unless you suffer from pre mature ejaculation keep your head above the water at all times or you will die,,

The water jets in a (hopefully private) jaccuzi can be fun, but regular intercourse is difficult. The water keeps washing away the natural lubrication, so it can be very irritating after a while.

It is overrated. Hard to get the motion going with water surrounding the two of you. Go ahead and try it once. It doesn't feel that great.
