My gf has decided she would like to leave me because on of my x's has told her that i am seing someone else behind her back. the things is she know i go to work & come home every night to be with her & at the weekend i spend my time with her. What should i do, i have told her she is the one for me but she does says i do not trust you

You can ask her, how can i earn your trust?
and see what she says, otherwise i dont think she
is worth it if she will believe your ex over you.
And maybe you should tell your ex to stay out of it
and to stop causing trouble, ask her what her problem is!!!

If your gf is going to believe your ex, then there's obvious trust issues. Sometimes words are simply not enough. If your girl is h*ll bent on leaving then there really isn't much you can do to save the relationship, since it takes two to save a damaged relationship. You may not wanna hear this, but maybe it's the best thing with her leaving. You deserve someone whom you can trust and her trust you.
