Don;t know but the restaurant/bar I chef in is smoke free - Number 22, Half Moon Lane, Herne Hill.

You don't even need a list since most of them are. And even if you go to one that has a smoking area you won't even notice the smokers, they are in a different and conditionated places and the smoke won't reach you.
