i talk on the phone mostely daily and she gives me good responce talk like a girlfriend. i have not proposed her but want to. when i say her to meet she start giving reasons and she i very busy in reality but atleast once she should meet me i want to propose her should i propose on the phone or after meeting???????????

See if u love her u shuld propose her on the phone. if she doesnt give any clear answer just live. i think so this is what i can suggest u.
It may be becoz of her attitude or her any troubleness like home restrictions.

according to me u should first confirm that is she really intrested in u after this if se is really then propose her on phone bcoz in love it does not matter where u propose the thing which matter is how u propose so just chill and this funda wll really help
