I wouldn't bc it's so acidic that the remaining drops on ur teeth might wear away the enamel if u brush it.

I don't use mouthwash @ all bc studies show that it only exacerbates bad breath by drying out ur mouth. Plus I heard it leads 2 cancer, damages ur gums and @ best is only a temporary fix 4 bad breath.

Use a saltwater rinse instead.

My mouthwash has a warning about brushing after rinsing, but I'm not a dentist so I can't really answer the questions. I just want the points

Yes. The best and mildest is also the cheapest!!

Try this. Use Hydrogen peroxide diluted (1 cap to 4 ournces of water) and rinse. It will kill germs, whiten teeth, and fight gum disease.

Don't use too much peroxide and don't swallow!

Use it right after brushing.

Yes it can. I myself use it before and after i brush and floss my teeth. It helps to loosen up food particles before you brush and it helps to rinse out your mouth after you floss.
