It depends on how long you have been dating, and are you saying this just to get in to her pants, or do you really feel that way? Just tell her before or after you two kiss each other, look into her eyes, give her a compliment, like "you have beautiful eyes" for example. And then just say the words. If you have only been dating for like 2 weeks, then she should think you're a creep, but otherwise, don't worry about it. Just make sure you actually mean it.

Just send her some sweet chocolates along with a love cards, some fragrant flowers, some accessories which she likes, some perfumes, etc there are so many ways to express, but u have to do it. however ALL THE BEST.

i will say that it is really to express what u want to say by wriring a note but on the other hand i would like to tell u that the things that u tell with ur mouth are more effective! so in my opinion get some guts and then say it all in a single breath!

leave a note in her bag and tell her how you feel in the note
Tell her she is the last thing you think about when you go to sleep and the first thing you think about when you wake up.
She will love it and also get her some flowers and maybe her fav CD and put it on and sing for her even if you cant sing your put a smile on her face lol
