Dad was always my favorite. He understood me better. He was more patient with me. He answered all my questions(and there was alot)to the best of his ability. He protected me from my mother's fierce impatience. He was a social person. He loved everyone. He was very, very into family. I mean cousins, great aunts and uncles, and all the cousins! He was a very loving person. He always remembered everyone's birthdays and anniversaries. He taught me to be considerate and the golden rule,"Do unto others as you would have done to you." My mother is extremely antisocial and shy. She never understood anyone. She has no tolerance. NONE. She's bitter. She's not a very forgiving soul. She's a sad and lonely woman.. I miss my Dad very much. He died 3 years ago. He was one of the greatest persons who has ever lived.

you should never ask your children that question. because that is making them feel stressed out and maybe even think of other ways to handle or answer that question. kids don't understand grown ups these days. they feel if they were never there then they would not been asked that question. kids act in different ways. the problem is with the parents not the children. when both parents were happy they were never asked that question they were always told good things about there parents. you taught your children to love and respect both of the parents. i hope.

I wouldn't say I like onemore than the other, however, I do feel that I have more of a bond with my dad. My mother tends to think more of my sisters and my dad tends to try to be fair with all of us.

my father died when I was 2 months old, my mom was 15 when she got me and a lonely-inmature little girl, so she left...my grandma took care of me and later on in my life one of my firned's family received me in their house and I was treated like their own child.
I liked them both, I think they made a good team, they complemented eachoother. so that was good.
I don't think we need to have a favorite.... I think we can talk more with one of them but never prefer one,..seriously, because we can hurt the other.
loive ya.
God bless u

My Dad. He's the one that wanted me around when we were growing up and always wants to know what's going on in our lives, (my bf and I), how we're doing, etc.
I haven't seen my Mum in awhile - let's keep it that way
