sounds like an ingrown hair-a really bad one. It looks like a giant pimple and either pops on its own or you can get a med from the doctor to make it pop.

Several things, and i would have your doctor look at it.
It could be an ingrowed hair, cyst, infected pimple, or a boil.

sounds like an infection and you need to get to the doctor/clinic and get it treated asap!!!
