I use shower gel from the neck down and a special cleansing soap for my face the gel is not always the best for your face. I love the gels that come in so many scents. Some are calming and some give you energy. I know they work....when I go to bed I love something with lavender in it...and when I get up I like to use citrus or mint scents....enough said or I'll write a book....

Micro peeling sensation which you use to clean your skin with only water, or a good soap like l'occitane.Shower gel is good for removing some stains from clothes.

Dove soap but in shower liquid form. More hygenic than a bar everyone touches and/or rund by their body and its hypoallergenic. Its one of the few soaps that does not irritate or dry my skin even in the summer when I shower twice a day.

That depends how you're washing.
You can't really use shower gel in the bath since most types are quite concentrated and need to be rinsed away.
Try Palmolive Milk and Honey bath creme. You can use it as bubble bath then just whath with the bath-water. It's proper lush.

as long as it is mild & has normal pH 5 .. if it is lower than 5 it is acidic & may cause irritations.. why dont you buy feminine wash? its available in the market ,,instead of using soap or shower gel. use mild soap if you will use soap

Shower gel with individual scrub; and the scrub should be replaced often. More hygienic. Soap that gets used by many people and even for hand wash gets a lot of things stuck to it....

I prefer shower gel, especially Imperial Leather, it suds up really lovely.

I feel like shower gel gets you cleaner and is easier to use and rinse off.
