Easy listening musics, like slow musics especially love songs. Because love is everyone's life topic. It's the same around the world. It's easier to understand the meaning.
For examples:
My Heart Will Go On - Celine Dion
Without You - Mariah Carey
I'm With You - Avril Lavigne
Real To me - Brian McFadden
..etc (whatever your fave songs are)
Just listen to the slow musics and try to sing along, and also try to find the meaning out. Sure you'll learn English faster!
Have fun! ^o^

Definately go for little kid music. Disney movie soundtracks are good. The reason why you can learn best from those is because they usually have clear lyrics, making them easier to understand and pick up words from. You should try looking up some lyrics to songs and try singing along.

Any song that you enjoy and that has lyrics you can understand. It is helpful to look up the lyrics so you get them right and sing along when listening to the song so you learn the right words.

Anything intelligible - like the Beatles, Billy Joel, Keith Urban, Tim McGraw, Sublime... anything else where you can understand the lyrics, those are just random. Disney soundtracks (Little Mermaid!) are usually pretty good too :)
