Not really. I use Panasonic 2.4 Ghz. phones, and I have computers running.. It could be a problem with the phone. OR...The phone line.....Is your phone near any flourescent lights? To check your phone line, use a regular phone, (with a wire, not cordless!) and pick it up and dial '1', (to get rid of the dial tone.) If it is quiet, it is your phone, or phone jack. If it is noisy, it is the phone line. Report it for repair. ALSO..If you have DSL internet access...make SURE there is a filter on that phone!!!! By the way...I use a 2.4 Ghz. phone around my computers....I tried a 2 antenna Panasonic 5.8 Ghz. cordless, and it sucked!!! Less range, and less reliable than my 2.4 Ghz.
