i have some amazing pictures taken of me during my vacation, but sadly many of them are tilted. which programs can fix them for me? all they need is some tilting.

Adobe Photoshop can help you, of cource. It has a very good tools for this task. Personaly, I do not trust any other software for editing of my pictures.

The best software is Photoshop CS u can do any thing wit that in that u can specify the degree of rotation or u can manually rotate it u can add or remove effects, u can brighten or contrast the image as u like , u can play GOD wit that software...but u cant do any animation that is only meant for static images... if u hav any problem or any questions u can ask me...bye take care
