No..and actually it Has been proven help the body get over a cold sooner. Not only does it have vitamin C but it also has needed fiber to help eliminate toxins. Lesser known is the fact that the vitamin C helps block histamines which helps to alieviate allergies.

Unless you swig from a bottle that has been previously swigged by someone carrying the virus and not cleaned it, this is a load of tosh, the vitamin c within oragnge juice helps fight the cold virus

orange juice - pure / squeezed is full of Vitamin C - which is said to reduce colds / infections - however there is no proof that drinking it gets rid of colds / infections - just reduce them
