Friend, My Mother tongue is TELUGU. I suggest that first you make friends with some people whose mother tongue is Telugu and who speak Telugu regularly ( Normally in your place they may tend to speak in English or the Local language) Next any way you have a Book , learn some basic conversation tips and remember. See a lot of Old Telugu Movies ...try to follow them.See the same old movie more than twice or thrice. This way You hear good Telugu with good accent. Hear TELUGU NEWS in TV channels ...you get the currently used words and their pronunciation .Be hearing ,and you feel familiar after some time. Speak in Telugu with your Telugu friends and ask them to correct you if you make mistakes and also ask to be excused if you speak any thing wrong.let them correct you. If you do like this for at least three months surely you will be able to talk in Telugu fluently.
