I read that actually cocaine used to be in Coca Cola (that's how it got it's name). But I don't pay attention to what's in it now! I don't know if this is what you wanted to know, or if you wanted to know the ingredients that are in it now...

7X, the untold ingredient, is supposed to be a trade secret.
All I know is this is my favorite soda. LOL.
