well, I don't know if I can answer all of those questions, but I'll give it a shot. You definitely wanna go to the toilet first. You can do it while you are on your period. Definitely wanna use lube, I would suggest anal ease (you can buy it at adult book stores or somewhere like Adam and Eve.) He should do what ever feels good to the both of you as far as playing with your other parts. Condoms are always a good idea when having sex of any kind. it is definetly going to hurt, use lube. His size matters on the pain, if he's average the with the initial push through take a deep breath and after a couple pumps it won't hurt anymore and start feeling pretty good.
