The starting current of the fridge is higher . So go for the fuse rating of 15 Amp. So go for 3 kva rating transformar as a stabilizer.This is safe side.

That refirigrator should not take more than 3 amps so .5 - 1 KVA transformer should be OK

the watts indicated on the motor must be twice as of the x'former.its more dependable in the long run.also consider the brand of the trasnformer since there are amateur manufacturers that produces fly by night products.as for fuse why not use an automatic breaker. more economical than fuse and realiable too.good luck (",)
