I'm wondering if sugar soap has some sort of abrasive in it that helps the paint stick to the old surface. I find that sugar soap is useless in removing marks from walls. Or can I just sand paper the walls with fine grade sand paper?

There is a product called TSP (http://alsnetbiz.com/homeimprovement/tsp.html)

It is very effective for cleaning walls prior to painting.

But room re-painting would take a lot of time and it is disgusting. If girls are taking a lot of time for dressing up, it is for the girls for their satisfaction. Unless we satisfy in our work, we can not enjoy the rest of the time. If a girl takes a lot of time, it does not mean 'all girls' takes that much time. I did not get time to reply your question of disgusting dressing time. If there is snow on the neighbours' roof, why do I disgust - which in turn is "I am not able to dress up to the standard". We are dressing for many reasons and not to cover our sexual organs. Shall I count - 1, for protection from cold and hot; 2, for safety and cleanliness of sexual organs, 3, other's happiness (attraction) and not to make others jealous with our pomposity, 4, Our satisfaction for carrying out the work ahead (called Uniform among group), 5, for keeping distinction among the crowd (If a group of girls or boys do something naked or nude, the supervisor can not trace out anyone among them and inspire or punish for the work which is not group activity.
