There is this hair styling thing from several years back. It was used for both long and short hair, but mostly long. You rolled your hair around the cloth or wire type thing. It made neat buns in your hair. Does anyone remember what it was called?

In Australia we call them a dounut. The cloth ones are often made by hairdressers before hair shows or for clients before a special occasian.They are made from an old stocking and are stuffed with hair cuttings or other similar material.
