It depends on what you eat.

Since the move SUPERSIZE ME, several people have proven that if you make the right choices you can eat at McD's all the time and actually lose weight. However, I still don't think it would be healthy long-term.

You can get the calorie count for every McDonald's food item. Then make up a sample menu with a breakfast, lunch, and dinner. I think your daily total will be around 5000 calories!

That is more then enough for a 7 foot tall 300 pound man with a tape worm and an aggressive cancer, who does hard physical labor for a living.

Anybody else would gain weight, LOTS of weight!

It all depends on what you ate at those places. Look at the Subway guy who lost weight eating fast food!

It's a simple equation: if you eat more calories than you burn, no matter where they come from,. you will gain body weight. Fast food tends to be higher in calories and increases this risk.

There's a movie called "Super Size me" and it shows a guy who was a vegetarian who desides to eat Mcdonalds for one month. He does get chubby.

Buuut, it all depends on how much exercise you do, your motabolism now, and what you eat at Mcdonalds; cuz if you order salad everyday, your not gonna get very fat at all.

Eating high fat food will make you fat. If you stick to the chicken salads you will do better. It's not so much where you eat, but what you eat. Working out will help as well.

its possible to be of a certain genetic predisposition, where eating mcdonalds every day won't make you fat. this is unlikely, but possible. however, you should consider that it will also not make you feel as energetic or happy as you could feel if you ate normal food at the same price.
