It sounds like you mean to say that you are bloated which feels like you have a balloon expanding inside you. If that is the case, you would say, "Those carrots I ate are making me bloated," or something like that. But if you say that they "blow me up" people may think you are crazy.

go lie down before you hurt yourself. In the morning, pack up your computer and donate it to a homeless shelter.
If you really experience an upset stomach, after eating carrots, then don't eat them.

Do you actually explode? (Or are you claiming to?) If so, yeah.
Do you mean they make you feel "bloated"? (Like your stomach got way bigger and full?)
