Jhon, if you are serious in decreasing your weight follow these rules.
1. Dont sit, or sleep immediately after having your lunch/breakfast/dinner.
2. Just go for a walk not more but 1 km would be enough.
3. Dont have too much of food regularly, insted eat small portions of food more times( i.e eating more 3 times dont help, imstead eat 6 times little ammount of food)

I'm sorry...but you said that your weight is 91? And not for a 23 year old.
I believe that your underweight.
You should not try to loose lbs then.
But if you want to be healthy just eat veggies regularly and workout.

hi kirti,, What i'm able to recommend u is,, if u drink a pitcher of warmth water with one lemon each and daily on empty abdomen, it is going to truly help u. I even have experienced it.. and while u start up it and if u sense that ur feelig slightly weak point then u can upload honey in it alongside with lemon. each and all the terrific!!

the best way is full urself with salads before you start main course. So you consume less of main course and more of salads. Try to keep dinner as light as possible like a soup.

you didnt mention your height.
But still 91 is heavy.
first you need to change the diet, take less of fat,
stop eating junk food, like chats or pizzas, or burgers or colas.
Then you need to excercise, try treadmill, jogging walking.
But nothing comes easy, keep trying and you will see the results

nothing is easier, john.
burn more than u put in.
eat lots of greens and fruits.
avoid oily and starchy foods.
any time of exercise.
