As being a history freak and wanting to teach history i would say WWII because it was the biggest war in history, a lot of advances in science, and it is where we came into the nuclear age.

The renaissance period - I think that could have been an exciting time as new discoveries were being made all the time

Definately WWII. Well, that's as far as what I like to study. I wouldn't want to have lived back then.

As far as a period to live in. I think the 70's would have been pretty grooooooooooooovy :)

I love reading about the 1920's...women's rights and suffer age....I wouldn't have liked to live back then but it's kind of inspiring knowing that changes can be made in our government if people actually try...
