What does people's wickedness have to do with religion. Just means they need God on their lives, not religion, but God.

Are you asking two questions at the same time or did you define religion as something that will curb or reduce wickedness. I ask that because I can not find such as any possible definition of a religion in the two dictionaries I have.

I may be wrong but the best I can see is that a religion is a set of beliefs, ideas, bindings, rules, concepts, principles, etc,, etc. established by humankind. If I am correct why can not the practice of wickedness be a religion?

Now as far as real, such is a concept of each and every individual unit of humankind to set as their individual standard. What is real for one may not be real for another. Thus if one wants to say religion x is real so be it. I another wants religion y real, so be it. In my view that is an individual choice.

I did try to answer this as best I could. If not satisfied, turn to another that will truly satisfy what you want to read. That is also your choice as is the real.

Now have a good day and do smile OK

Never confuse religion with Christianity! Thankfully Jesus didn't come to establish a religion but rather a relationship between the lord and us. Religion amounts to nothing more than observing the "rites" of man which is then presented as religion. The wickedness of man is just like Jesus said that in the days of Noah so shall it be with the coming of the Son of Man. (Matt.Ch.24) Make sure you are ready!!

Anyone can say religion is real. That doesn't mean they're right.
People just chopped off each others heads quite openly in the Dark Ages but have adapted to modern morals now so we're sneakier and less open about killing each other. Evil back then and evil now. Nothing's changed really, well except the personal hygiene.

People are not more wicked nowadays. People just have greater technology and more resources with which to exercise their wickedness. The wickedness is the same measure of wickedness since time began--just the means of expressing it have grown more massive.

Your question has nothing to do with religion except to say that humankind needs salvation from its wickedness. One religion offers that.

When the charity of many has grown cold.....

These are evil times more than ever before just think of all the evil that is passing as good or neutral.
Much worse than in the dark-ages cause then people knew what evil was even if they did it themselves.

I think this is really satanic free-choice=murder
alternative lifstyle= unnatural sin
free-speech= violent degrading pornography

Well at the bottom is relativism and other false worldwiews.

It's only personal experience that can tell. I've seen and investigated the eternal spirit world many times and let me tell you; all religions are real. Strange? No. God (Allah, Jahwe, Krsna, Tsawoth, whatever) created all the religions not to confuse us, but to allow people of all races, personalities and intelligence to reach for Him. All the religions were meant to be a blessing upon humanity. It's our own shortcomings that made it like it is today!

why are you so bent of being mean about religion? have you been hurt in a way that makes you sound hateful. there is more wicked people because they want to rebel against the laws of the bible and think that sin is fun, but in the END will be the final word. either he will return or we will destroy ourselves as a world

I think percentage wise it is the same today as it always has been. There are just more people in the world, so you hear more stories or news reports than even 50 years ago. Also, communications methods are much better now so we can get information from more distant places in the world.

No coincidence at all ! Islam has a corner on violence, murder, perversion of Truth and is now synonymous with hell, death, torture, intolerance and abuse against women. They propagate doctrines of hate and world domination. which is their goal, to replace Western civilization with their own! Horrific fascism on a wicked scale that makes Hitler and Tojo look like shrinking violets!!

John Lennon said Imagine a world with no religion and people just loving each other and being brothers. Can you imagine that ? religion is in my opinion for those who need to be guided by something or someone that they can see. whose faith in God is unsure and they need constant validation of Gods existence. those who truly know God have no need for outside validation because they hear their own inner voice, their own Holy Spirit.I'd say read learn pray stay away from organized religion.
