heres everything that i plan on doing* (no cheating!)

-excercising everyday at the gym for an hour (already started.)
-eating healthy & eating grape fruit after everymeal
-drinking nothing but water & diet green tea (gotta love it)

i'm over weight and i find it really easy to loose weight fast, but ive never excercised (just walked at the park for a mile) so im thinking that maybe i will loose 5 pounds in a week? anyone ever heard of anyone doing that, or coming close? if so how close? any suggestions.

(im over weight. i need to loose weight. doctor advised.)

when im actually sticking to my diet and only walking a mile every other day, i usually loose about 3 pounds a week, and im thinking if i incorporate the gym, that perhaps i will lose 5..ANY THOUGHTS? (please dont say thats its impossible and not healthy, because ive lost 3 pounds in a week before, more than once, and i eat everyday, 3 times a day)

Yes!! I have dropped 13 pounds in the last 2 weeks by going to the gym and doing 45 minutes of cardio and 100 of each arm/legg presses 5 days a week and watching what I eat. Good Luck!!

yes, this will work. if you are overweight, you could lose more than 5. try to make a plan that is not just a freak out plan for the near future, but something you can stick to you whole life. even a moderate diet that you stick to your whole life is vastly more beneficial than a crazy diet that you burn your self out on after 1 month.

You didnt gain your weight overnight, so do not expect lose it over night. If you force yourself to lose weight to fast, you will just gain it back faster. What you are doing now sounds fine. I wouldnt try over doing it. Your weight will also slow down as you turn more fat into muscle.
