heres everything that i plan on doing* (no cheating!)
-excercising everyday at the gym for an hour (already started.)
-eating healthy & eating grape fruit after everymeal
-drinking nothing but water & diet green tea (gotta love it)
i'm over weight and i find it really easy to loose weight fast, but ive never excercised (just walked at the park for a mile) so im thinking that maybe i will loose 5 pounds in a week? anyone ever heard of anyone doing that, or coming close? if so how close? any suggestions.
(im over weight. i need to loose weight. doctor advised.)

when im actually sticking to my diet and only walking a mile every other day, i usually loose about 3 pounds a week, and im thinking if i incorporate the gym, that perhaps i will lose 5..ANY THOUGHTS? (please dont say thats its impossible and not healthy, because ive lost 3 pounds in a week before, more than once, and i eat everyday, 3 times a day)
